The project required the installation of a mountainous terrain on the second floor to showcase wildlife in their natural environment. Throughout a six-week period, our craftsmen were able to replicate the different environments to bring Scheels’ vision to reality.

For this installation, the owner wanted to create a warm, inviting driveway. Two colors of revealed concrete were used to create the finished look, using light colors for the main areas while imprinting a darker stone pattern for the borders and accent areas.

For this project, Concrete Arts used a sandstone pattern to imprint the sidewalk and added a slate texture to the borders. Each stone was individually stained using a concrete stain, and the joints were completed with a gray sealer that has a sanded texture to achieve the final look.
