Concrete Arts was founded in 1994 and has since become known nationwide as one of the most inventive and versatile hard surface contractors, providing services for both interior and exterior projects. Recently, in 2022, Concrete Arts acquired Bulach Custom Rock, a recognized industry leader. This acquisition has opened new markets and allowed us to expand our services with the addition of experienced managers and field employees. We take great pride in our work, our creativity, and our company culture. We are supported by a dedicated and talented team of employees who are the foundation of our success.

Tom Graf
President/Owner
Tom founded Concrete Arts in 1994 after earning a Marketing degree from the University of South Florida. He also attended Dunwoody Institute and taught evening classes. He takes great pride in his work, particularly when collaborating with homeowners, business owners, architects, and design professionals. Tom is involved in every stage of the project, from design to completion.
Mike Dougherty
Vice President/ Head of Sales
Mike has been in the concrete industry since the early 90s and has been with concrete arts since 1997. Mike loves working with people and is very hands-on with his projects. He studied sports journalism at the University of Minnesota and is a published writer.
Steve Bulach
Vice President Field Operations
Steve became a member of Concrete Arts in 2022, following his 45-year ownership and operation of Bulach Custom Rock since 1979. Steve has traveled extensively, promoting and installing architectural concrete and themed environments. Despite his long tenure in the industry, he still takes great pleasure in creating projects and seeing them through to completion.
Jack Cernohous
Head of Estimating/Project Manager
Jack began working in the field at Concrete Arts in 2017. Starting in 2021, Jack’s responsibilities switched to estimating and sales. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Mechanical Engineering major and a Business Administration minor. During his time at Stout, he played four years of college hockey. Jack is the head of our Estimating department and enjoys working with his customers on their unique projects. Jack has a strong passion for what he does here at Concrete Arts!
Michelle Hunt
Accountant
Michelle has been working with Concrete Arts since 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin River Falls and has over 20 years of experience in the field. Her primary responsibilities include daily accounting operations, preparing and analyzing financial statements, creating budgets and projections, and managing payroll.
Jim Turitto
General Manager
Jim started in the concrete industry over 40 years ago. With a wide range of experience in concrete construction, Jim has been involved in multiple award-winning projects from patios and sidewalks to stadiums and highways. Now he enjoys handling all day to day activities of the company along with being involved with multiple construction organizations.
Greg Gray
Head Supervisor of Polishing and Floor Prep
Greg has been working at Concrete Arts since 2005. Greg has polished millions of square feet of concrete and overseen numerous award-winning projects for well-known general contractors in the area. He has a keen eye for quality control and meeting deadlines.
Adam Thomsen
Head Supervisor of the Exterior Surface and Interior Topping
Adam has been with Concrete Arts since 2005. He has traveled across the country for training and projects, keeping him on the cutting edge of decorative concrete applications. He is a perfectionist who puts unrivaled passion and hard work into all his projects. No one takes more pride in the projects than Adam.
Hailey Jones
Office Manager
Hailey is the office manager who plays a vital role in keeping the company functioning smoothly. She began working at Concrete Arts in 2023 and is responsible for tasks such as billing, human resources, and office management. During the weekends, Hailey enjoys engaging in various activities such as crafting, boating, and tending to her pumpkin patch.
